1. Acceptance
By purchasing or downloading Chronosity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License grant
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Chronosity on your own devices. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
3. Lifetime license
“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of Chronosity v1. We will honor the license as long as the product is actively maintained. You will receive all v1 updates at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@chronosity.com for a full refund if Chronosity does not work for your use case.
5. Affiliate program
The affiliate program is provided on a best-effort basis. Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect and subject to Stripe's terms. We reserve the right to suspend the program with 30 days notice.
6. Disclaimer
Chronosity is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss. Always maintain independent backups of important files.
