What we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect:
- Email address (to deliver your license and download link)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
- License activation device fingerprint (if you activate in-app)
What we do not collect
We have no visibility into your files, folder names, file contents, or sync activity. The Chronosity desktop app communicates only between devices on your local network. No telemetry leaves your machine.
Third-party services
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Neon — database hosting for customer and license records.
- Resend — transactional email for license delivery.
- Vercel — website hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Purchase and license records are retained for as long as we operate Chronosity. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us.
